The Company achieved an all-time high consolidated sales in the third quarter of 2021 amounted to 533.6 million EUR, an increase of 20.9% year-on-year. In Q3 2021 AmRest exceeded pre-Covid sales, almost 6% vs. Q3 2019. Moreover, despite many challenges in the gastronomy sector, the organization was able to open 91 new stores year-to-date.

AmRest recorded a strong sales recovery across all major regions and brands during the first half of 2021, especially during the last quarter. Consolidated revenue reached EUR 844.3 million in 1H 2021 and was 23.4% higher than the previous year. In 2Q 2021 sales were EUR 464.4 million, 70.7% higher year-on-year.
